Bodegas Castillo de Consuegra, has the technical equipment and means to produce top quality wines.
Our technical team periodically visits the vineyards to supervise the production of quality grapes. Ripening controls are carried out using testing parameters such as: sugar concentration, ph and total acidity.
Once in the winery, precise technology and modern equipment work together so that the grape keeps its potential and quality to produce excellent wines, either red or white.
We bottle the best batches of wine, red and white, in our winery. Then, the finest red wine is set aside to age in French and American oak barrels.
